Customers who purchase our optional 30-Day Warranty are eligible for assistance if their product arrives damaged or experiences a product-related defect within 30 days of delivery.

• Your order number
• Photos or videos of the issue
• A description of the problem

AirBlade may provide a replacement or another appropriate solution after reviewing the request.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Product modifications
• Normal wear and tear
